Customer-provided data may include:

- Vegetation management records
- Work order data
- Asset location data
- Drone imagery and associated metadata
- Geospatial coordinates
- Infrastructure condition assessments
- AI-generated analytics outputs
All operational and infrastructure data remains the property of the Customer.
C. Technical & Usage Information
We may collect:
- Device and browser type
- IP address
- Log files
- Usage metrics
- Diagnostic data
This data is used solely to maintain security, reliability, and performance.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform
- Analyze vegetation encroachment and infrastructure risk
- Generate reports and AI-based insights
- Improve system performance and reliability
- Provide technical support
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
- Protect system integrity and prevent unauthorized access
We do not sell, rent, or monetize customer data.
4. Data Ownership & Control
Customer retains full ownership of:
- Uploaded files
- Imagery
- GIS datasets
- Infrastructure records
- AI analysis results derived from Customer data
LineIntel processes such data solely to provide contracted services.
We do not claim ownership rights over Customer infrastructure data.
5. Data Security
LineIntel implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including:
- Encrypted HTTPS (TLS) transmission
- Secure AWS cloud storage
- Role-based access controls
- Access logging and monitoring
- Limited administrative access
- Segregation of customer datasets
While no system can guarantee absolute security, we employ industry-standard safeguards appropriate for critical infrastructure data.
6. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We may disclose information only:
- To authorized users within Customer's organization
- To vetted cloud infrastructure providers
- To comply with legal obligations
- To protect rights, safety, or system integrity
We do not sell customer data or personal information.
7. Data Retention
Customer data is retained:
- For the duration of the contractual relationship
- As required by law
- Until deletion is requested in writing
Upon written request and subject to contractual obligations, LineIntel will delete or return Customer data within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
8. Confidentiality
LineIntel treats infrastructure and operational data as confidential business information. Employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
